[Bug] Release bot not properly reflecting content in the release notes

https://github.com/eksctl-io/eksctl/releases/tag/v0.176.0 contains the commits from #7711 but it is not referenced in the release notes.

I see it reflected in #7721 which is for v0.177.0.

Something seems to be off with the release bot, or am I missunderstanding something?

Hi @aciba90 - release drafter can be buggy at times messing up the notes when the latest eksctl release is a release candidate and not a "full" release. However, the release notes themselves are usually double checked by the team, so should be correct. Your PR is indeed part of https://github.com/eksctl-io/eksctl/releases/tag/v0.177.0-rc.0, which was just released yesterday.
