Updates #1 . Since vllm-project#16367 is still open, just cherry pick the one commit of this branch and run

Step 1: git cherry-pick 60dcd0b
Step 2: download the MTBench from https://github.com/SafeAILab/EAGLE/tree/main/eagle/data and point it to below cmd
Step 3: run the benchmark

time VLLM_USE_V1=1 python examples/offline_inference/eagle.py --dataset="data/mt_bench/question.jsonl" --num_spec_tokens 2 --max_num_seqs 4 --tp 1 --draft_tp 1
