refresh-bitcoin-wallet timeouts

The new refresh-bitcoin-wallet command gives me a request timeout error.

My swap database is quite large, so it might be related to that.

The asb-controller-client has a configured timeout and the time the asb takes to refresh the wallet may exceed that. We can either simply increase the timeout or we add some kind of "progress" system for controller requests.
