Add bundled example for Vue Vanilla 2

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Add a fully self-contained build of the Vue 2 Vanilla example app to the examples-app package.
The app should be bundled using rollup like the other bundled example apps.

This is blocked by #2075

This is obsolete because Vue2 Vanilla renderers were removed with 3.2.0
