Use case:

  1. Add a custom column (not at the end)
  2. Save the state in a new custom config
  3. Load the default config
  4. Load the custom config -> custom column is placed at the end, even though the order is correct in the organize columns form

Column: improve warning when setting a column with a wrong index
f33e3d4 
The new warning contains the column name which should help analyzing it
if it is logged.
