Allocate all RAMClass memory segments using the Sub4G allocator on
pLinux to mitigate the memory regression introduced after RAMClass
segregation. This restores the previous behaviour where all RAMClass
segments were placed in Sub4G.
This change is a temporary workaround until the regression analysis
is complete and a proper fix is implemented.
