Proposes a file structure for the
easy_updatefunctionality as an Extension Tool.It uses the EasyCofig path as the entry point and parses it using the
EasyConfigParserclass.Provides a minimal, functional implementation for the update extension list feature.
A basic unit test is also implemented.
