I had to drop one package that isn't listed on cpan anymore, Business::ISBN::Data, which is now completely gone, but there seems to have still been updated https://www.cpan.org/authors/id/B/BR/BRIANDFOY/

I don't know what is going on there, i suspect this will also fail to build, but I wanted to upload the draft at least.

ok, i don't know how someone added business::isbn:data before, but it can be manually found on the cpan sources, but it's not a package..

Edit: this was just a temporary problem it seems, the package now shows up again and can be searched and found...

looking at the test, i think it's this test:

so, it's a daylight-savings-time test. eh, i dunno if this is correct or not. very specific

date2 + 1 day is supposed to be offset to 03:00 AM, but date2 + 2 days it's to 02:00 AM again? Doesn't make any sense.

And montreal didn't have daylight sayings time back in 2002 apparently. This is so broken
