Adds the ability to pass in a
dateFormatterfunction to theRSSconstructor, which will receive the raw date object for the feedpubDate, and each item'sdatefields. Enables using a custom date format.This also changes the default date format function from
.toGMTString()to.toUTCString().Fixes #90
