It would be much better to publish on F-Droid since it's publicly available for everyone, rather than Telegram, which is only available for registered users.

As many proxy software uses Telegram for chat I will try Telegram first. Further integration (or some bridges, e.g. Matrix) will be considered if I find enough volunteers to maintain a group.

Discord has Rooms where you have to bind a cell phone number 👎
telegram There are not a lot of people who get arrested for tying their cell phone number.
