I deleted an app in Dyad, and later realized it was the wrong one.
The app was not found in Dyad trash or the system recycle bin (Windows/WSL), so it appears to be permanently deleted without recovery options.
Suggested Improvement:
A recovery mechanism (e.g. trash bin or soft delete system) could be added to prevent permanent data loss when an app is deleted.

I would be happy to contribute to this feature if it aligns with the project direction.
