Cannot use fully configured Custom Provider in UI
Steps to Reproduce (required)
I successfully add a Custom Provider that is Open AI compatible
I verify under AI Providers that it displays green Ready button
I click Apps -> New App
I look at the chat's models drop down
I don't see my Custom Provider name.
I restart the application.
I follow the steps again.
I look at the chat's models drop down
I don't see my Custom Provider name.
Expected Behavior (required)
I can see and select my Custom Provider in the models drop down.
Actual Behavior (required)
I can't see or select my Custom Provider in the models drop down.
