Proposed Label: user-feedback

In some cases there will be user feedback about an application that does not necessarily need to be implemented at the time.

Case for use:

• App is user tested and there are comments made about ways for it to be changed (possibly only by one user)
• If only a single user wants a change, it may not be worth changing at that point, however you want to keep track of it in an issue
• user-feedback label can be applied to:
  • know the comment has been made by a user
  • keep track if other users are making similar comments

I'm not sure if there's any current label which does the trick for this. Also, I'm not sure yet how quickly user feedback is responded to i.e. how many users need to comment on something for it to need changing?
