Restore account creation service URL override

This change removes accountCreationClientServices from the URL block, so account creation no longer inherits the same local endpoint as loginWebService/clientWebService. The 15.11 client binary still ships with a built-in default for accountCreationClientServices targeting tibia.com, so in environments using this custom client config the in-client account creation flow will fall back to the wrong backend and fail. Please keep the explicit override here (next to the other web-service URLs) to avoid routing account creation traffic off-server.
