remove references to emotes fix up inactive and waiver functions
added missing formatting removed references to users list fixed waiver report redundancy
removes hard coding of user and emote arrays allows user to pass them in through environment variables bot can run without them implement random phrase toggle schedule changes: extra close score update, make standings+pr+ew% run all at once
