Music Assistant Queue Actions v0.8.1 failing to load with Music Assistant v2.7.0-b17+

I believe this is due to the fact that the recently release version of MA (2.7.0b17 )added Authentication and requires all connections to MA to be authenticated.

Any ideas ?

Are you able to rollback to b16 in the meantime? Or does the change prevent that?

Just published a beta update. It should resolve the issue. However, I don't think I've got reconfiguring to work so you may need to delete the config entry and re-add it.

I went down to 2.7.0b16... let me go back up and test it out!

Just tried the beta version... I did have to remove the existing entry and create a new one after installing Version 0.9.0... After that and adding the MA host , it redirected to login into MA and then everything was working again!!!

That was fast though! Thanks!

Thanks! Pushing it out live now. I also added a change which (hopefully) should fix reauth but I won't know until others can test it for me.

I am still encountering issues with actions working. I did get the notification to re-authenticate with music assistant but I am still getting errors trying to run any mass_queue actions

for example:

Failed to perform the action mass_queue.get_recommendations. Cannot find entry for Music Assistant at ws://d5369777-music-assistant:8094/ws

The most likely culprit is your Music Assistant entry pointing at a different address than Music Assistant Queue Actions. Check in .storage/core.config_entries - you'll likely see both of them using different URLs.

That's not an unusual issue if you set it up with auto-discovery and either have different subnets or use HAOS.

Just to be clear, if this is the issue, the fix is pretty simple:

1. Copy the URL that Music Assistant has configured.
2. Delete the Music Assistant Queue Actions config entry
3. Add Music Assistant Queue Actions back. Paste the URL you copied from step 1.

It should work without needing to restart HA or make any other changes. None of your cards, scripts, or automations should be affected.

the internal url looks like http://d5369777-music-assistant:8094, but when i use that my browser can't resolve to the music assistant authentication screen. Only if i use http://192.168.x.xx:8095 does it take me to the authentication screen.

I've removed the integration, added it back and authenticated using http://mass.local:8095, but it still doesn't seem to work.
