hello, I download pdftables 0.3

In new version of pdfminer (pdfminer-20131113) PDFDocument have new location
it's location now in
from pdfminer.pdfdocument import PDFDocument

In pdftables.py

insead of string:
from pdfminer.pdfparser import PDFParser, PDFDocument

you could write :

from pdfminer.pdfparser import PDFParser

try:
from pdfminer.pdfparser import PDFDocument
except ImportError:
from pdfminer.pdfdocument import PDFDocument

I cloned and installed the the development version and it doesn't seem to have this problem. Installing with pip does not work as it is an older version. @drj11 - can you update the package on PyPI? Not only is it a problem for using pdftables on its own, the messytables package also depends on it.

The development version doesn't have the problem because it's using poppler as the default backend. I'll send pull request that fixes the pdfminer api change in case anyone wants to use that as the backend.
