When creating a new project, the background color of the window was white which made the text for several options unreadable

@kieran-mace It seems like the dev has sort of abandoned this project. I'm keeping my fork updated and even adding some minor changes, if you'd like to contribute there I'm open to it. |

This PR fixes the color of several elements in Rstudio which made reading impossible. Most of them were due to having background colors set to white(ish). Screenshots below, left side shows current theme, right side shows my changes.
