Auto complete doesn't include items from unimported namespaces #81333

This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.
When typing with "Show items from unimported namespaces" turned on, I get suggestions correctly (with the option in the Intellisense box turned on). When I press ctrl+space to open it, the option button is turned off and therefor I don't get these suggestions. If I restart VS, the first time I press ctrl+space I will get the correct suggestions but then escape, ctrl+space and the option is turned off again.

Thanks for your feedback! In order to further investigate this issue, I need to confirm something with you. What programming language do you use with your project? (C#, C++, or other)? It would be very helpful if you could provide some screenshots that has this problem.

FYI, still present in VS 2026 Insiders
