This got accidentally moved in the R2R work, but of course nobody noticed because GUIDs are hard and sln files don't compare well.

"So why not migrate to .slnx?" I hear you ask! Well because we're not on a version of .NET that has the migrate command, and because nuget fails to restore if I do it manually, so we presumably need to update a bunch of versions of things first.
