rename on Globbed DependsUpon duplicates files into csproj

When rename on an item with DependsUpon files nested under it, those files are incorrectly duplicated into the csproj.

Repo'd on VS Versions

• Community VisualStudio.16.Preview/16.5.0-pre.1.0+29521.150
• Community VisualStudio.16.Release/16.4.0+29519.181

I also repro'd on my work machine with the pro version of VS
