[iOS, Mac] SearchBar FontAttributes Property Not Working

Description

On iOS and Mac, setting the FontAttributes property (such as Bold or Italic) on the SearchBar control does not have any visible effect. The property works as expected on other platforms, but on iOS and Mac, the text style in the SearchBar remains unchanged regardless of the FontAttributes value.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached sample SampleApp.zip
2. Observe the SearchBar's FontAttributes behavior on iOS and Mac devices.

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio Code 1.101.2 with .NET MAUI versions 9.0.81 & 9.0.0. It can be reproduced on the iOS and MacCatalyst platforms.

As mentioned by David in this comment, font attributes do not work as expected with custom fonts on iOS and macOS. To enable font attributes, you can set the FontFamily to an empty string this allows the attributes to be applied correctly.
