In GraphicsView, the Resize method returns an image that has already been disposed

Description

• On Android, the resize method returns a disposed image, leading to failures in image-related operations when accessed after the context has been disposed.
• On Windows, "System.NotImplemented" exception is thrown.
• In iOS it is working fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached sample.
2. Click the Resize button.
3. Observe "Resize returned disposed IImage" is displayed.

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio Code 1.100.3 with .NET MAUI versions 9.0.70, 9.0.0 and 8.0.100. It can be reproduced on the Android and Windows platform.
