The picker allows you to write text if the keyboard is visible

Description

I have two fields, one of the password type and one of the Picker type, after writing the password and not hiding the keyboard I select the picker element and it allows me to add text, this error does not occur in all versions of Android, in my case I was able to replicate it in Android 10

This issue has been verified using Visual Studio 17.12.0 Preview 2.0(8.0.91 & 8.0.82 & 8.0.80). Can repro this issue on android(10) API29. And also verified this issue on Android(14)API34 and it works fine.
