[iOS] Shadow not visible in Button When using Clipping

Description

When setting the Clip and adding the shadow style to a Button, the Shadow is not visible on the iOS platform.

Steps to Reproduce

Obtain the sample from the below repository
Replicate the issue as did like in the above screenshot.

This issue has been verified using Visual Studio 17.11.0 Preview 3.0(8.0.70 & 8.0.61). Can repro on iOS platform.
