[msbuild] Merge the FindWatchOS2AppBundle and FindWatchOS2AppBundleTaskBase classes.

We no longer need two have overridable logic for remote builds, so the
non-abstract task class and the abstract base class can be merged.

Also enable nullability and fix any issues.

Couldn't we have just used the ShouldExecuteRemotely state to conditionally decide the logic to begin with rather than having an abstract base class & overridden methods? The actual fix makes sense, but what changed to make the once needed abstract base class no longer necessary?
