[macOS] Dragging session broken in .NET6

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download attached project
2. Execute "test" project and see how drag&drop-reordering works
3. Execute "test_net6" project and see how drag&drop-reordering does not work

Expected Behavior

Drag&drop reordering works in .NET6 project

Actual Behavior
