Move linux-riscv64 and haiku-x64 to 22.04

Moved new platforms to latest LTS so we get more years before the EOL.

Why is it looking for Jammy in the debian.org URL? Should it be looking for http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/dists/jammy/Release?
