- Change from apt-get to npm installation method to avoid package mirror sync issues - Updated .github/workflows/run-tests.yml - Updated .github/workflows/tests-runner.yml (2 locations) - Uses official npm installation: npm i -g azure-functions-core-tools@4 --unsafe-perm true Co-authored-by: davidfowl <[email protected]>
