Highlight .WithExternalHttpEndpoints(); before deploying

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

When deploying an app for the first time I did not have .WithExternalHttpEndpoints(); in my AppHost. So my deployment succeeded but my links failed when I clicked on them (copilot was able to fix this easily)

Describe the solution you'd like

ideally, we would warn the user to add this line before deploying so they didn't have to double deploy.

cc @captainsafia a warning would be sick "There's nothing exposed to the internet in this apphost, r u sure" - I think we saw this on an aspirifriday a few times too?

@maddymontaquila Yep! I think it's a good idea and I'm not opposed to it but I'd rank it as a nice-to-have for Aspire 13. Might be worth seeing if @jasonchlus can use Copilot-fu to take a tab at it? First Aspire PR? 🤠
