Use Vision for FaceDetection if iOS 11.0+ #76
Description
The way to do this before with CIFaceDetector is outdated, and this will pave the way for more functionality in the future.
Should probably also add:
- optional rect drawing
- returning coordinates of bounding rect
- return more details from detection
