This PR contains CPLD burn/refresh vme bundle for SN2700 platforms.
In order to do the CPLD update a special script should be used.

Basically the script should do the following:

Check platform type
Extract msn2700_cpld.tar.gz
Check CPLD version
Invoke cpldupdate utility with burn vme firmware
Invoke cpldupdate utility with refresh vme firmware

Why I did it

Added Mellanox CPLD burn/refresh vme bundle for SN2700 platforms

How I did it

How to verify it

cpldupdate --dev <asic_path> <vme_path>
