Review achievements and participation #507
Description
Achievements and participations data should be reviewed to:
- Switch to using aims for all breakdowns, even if this means loosing breakdowns (e.g. age)
- Breakdowns shouldn't equal more than 100%. This might require using a different data source for these than the per 10k figures.
- Make sure methodology for calculating achievements and participations align
