Accessibility: Horizontal scroll not appearing at certain zoom levels #58
Description
Improvement Overview
Fix the issue where horizontal scroll bars on tables do not appear at certain zoom levels.
Current Issue
Tables don’t have horizontal scroll until 200%, cuts off some of the table around 150-175% (all tabs). See below:

Proposed Enhancement
We can have a play with the custom CSS to change the cut off. Think there is some CSS that I have included to prevent horizontal scroll bar from appearing when it is not needed.
Impact
This will improve the accessibility of the app as users who need to zoom into the levels described above will still be able to access all the app.
Additional Information
I think this may actually not be a problem as the tables are just very dynamic in their resizing so the scroll bars are not actually needed until they appear (basically the text and columns basically just adjust to suit the zoom level). However, there may be some small windows of zoom level where this is a problem so worth double checking. Also, may just be better to not have the tables so reactive and go into the scroll earlier so that their display is not so distorted.
The zoom works okay if you have vertical tabs but not for horizontal (standard) so need some playing around with the CSS.
