fix: Dockerfile git repo delete tooltip view to build config

Description

When we delete a git material which is being used as a source of dockerfile then a delete modal appears as shown below:-

, and show a directed tooltip instead of this modal which will direct the user to the place where they need to change the git material for dockerfile.
