Bug: Trigger deployment error is not getting propagated

📜 Description

It is reproduced only with ENABLE_ASYNC_INSTALL_DEVTRON_CHART flag enabled. The error statements are not getting propagated in trigger deployment

👟 Reproduction steps

1. enable ENABLE_ASYNC_INSTALL_DEVTRON_CHART flag in orchestrator cm
2. use an invalid scoped variable in the deployment template
3. trigger deployment

👍 Expected behavior

1. it should throw proper error

👎 Actual Behavior

1. it'll show deployment initiated successful
