The number of apps assigned to manager doesn't update in a specific

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Create a sub-user as a Manager with access to 2 or more applications
2. Now login with the above user
3. Delete one of the assigned application
4. Again log in as Admin/Super Admin and check the count of assigned apps to the user

👍 Expected behavior

The count should update

👎 Actual Behavior

The count doesn't update in this specific case until we re-update the user
