Bug: Limit of 100 characters on webhook link

📜 Description

In global configuration > notification > Webhook Configurations,
there is limit of 100 characters in link of webhook.

for example in microsoft teams the length of webhook is more than 100 characters.

👟 Reproduction steps

go to global configuration > notification > Webhook Configurations,
add new webhook and Webhook URL of length more than 100

👍 Expected behavior

we should able to add largest webhook that is possible.

unable to add webhook url of length more than 100
