Bug: Deployment chart overrides Base deployment's (Global deployment template) App metrics checkbox

📜 Description

Environment override of deployment chart with updated version and updated app-metrics check, will update the app-metrics check on base deployment template as well. It only occurs if the overridden chart version has not been added to base deployment template earlier.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. create a devtron app.
2. add base deployment template with App metrics: Enabled
3. create workflow.
4. go to deployment override under env overrides.
5. change the chart version and Disable App metrics.
6. go to base deployment template.

👍 Expected behavior

App metrics should be Enabled.

👎 Actual Behavior

App metrics is Disabled.
