Filters Outer Click is not working in Multiple places

1. Logout card
2. App List Filters

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Go to the App listing page
2. Click the Project filter
3. Then click outside the Card
4. Project filter does not close

👍 Expected behavior

It should close once clicked outside the filter
