Automation upgrade for oss-installation support

**Summary**
Here I'll update the the automation where I'll read some fundamental credentials from a mounted file instead of Environment  Configurations.

**Motivation**
This will help us to automate the oss installation process means we can run our automation over newly installed oss release.

This will help us to reduce the testing time for oss release.
