Describe the bug
App list selection on linked CI pipeline is breaking due to API giving timeout
To Reproduce
[ordered list the process to finding and recreating the issue, example below]
- User goes to Create a linked ci pipeline
- No app list available there
Expected behavior
It should show the applist to user so that he can select the app from which he needs to link the CI
Current behavior
Unable to see any applist
