Upgrade from UI: After helm repo update it doesn't take new values as default, it keeps using the previous values

Describe the bug

During upgrade from UI, if some new values are added in default values of helm chart, it doesn't use them

To Reproduce

1. Try upgrading from v0.4.7 to v0.4.8 from UI

Expected behavior

It should have taken authenticator image from new default values which were not included in devtron-bom file for argocd-dex-server initContainer

Current behavior

It fails with the error image is required for argocd-dex-server
