Add HAVE_CUSTOPEN compile flag
If enabled adds javascript for the custom link behavior.
The link works as normal, when clicked directly.
If you click the listitem instead, the link will be opened as netfile: and marked as visited.
netfile: is a custom defined protocol(like by default mailto: is) on my machine.
I use it to open media files directly in the appropriate application(e.g. mpv) through the xdg system.
For better usabillity, clicking the list container will change the links into the custom behavior too.
