Index.html has a few typos, such as the nested list at the end of the Character Sheet section in the Help window.

Additionally, I think the Actions section would benefit from using a definition list instead of an organized list.

Further, a blend of <b> and <strong> and <em> and <i> can improve accessibility

I've made all the following changes in my HTML branch (with some changes pending commit as I keep reviewing). To elaborate on proposed changes (beyond correcting typos here and there):

Help window > Most importantly section

1. Add <strong> tags to "your saved characters will be deleted".
2. Replace double quotes in Login via the "Login" button with <b> tags. I also propose using <b> tags consistently throughout when referring to UI buttons in the docs. It's an editorial choice I bring from my day job.
3. Expand on "this app is designed for modern web browsers".
4. Add reference to Firefox (Android) working offline (it works for me)

Help window > Actions section

1. Convert ol to dl. I think it looks a little cleaner. This will require some lines in styles.css to format properly, though (to be done in a separate branch).
2. Shorten "this will save", "this will show", etc. to "save", "show", etc. Why say lot word when few word do trick?
3. Add <strong> tags to each "Note" to improve readability and accessibility
4. Rename actions to the buttons shown in UI (particularly the backup terms). Rework backup terms bit.
5. Reword a few available actions to improve clarity (such as the potential overwriting when Restoring Backup)

Help window > Character Sheet section

1. Make references to UI buttons consistent with <b> tags.
2. Replace <em> tags with <kbd> tags when referencing keyboard inputs to improve accessibility and readability
3. Fix nested "for 5e" list
4. Add note that proficiency bonus is based on input character level
5. Add note explaining expertise bonus can not be activated until proficiency bonus is activated
6. Add example to Spell lists note, explaining how to make spell lists visible for applicable spell slots.

Help window > Keyboard Shortcuts section

1. Replace <em> tags with <kbd> tags when referencing keyboard inputs to improve accessibility and readability.
