Add slots for passive attributes

Add slots for passive perception, insight and investigation.

I've been noodling around with this a little; so far I just have 3 slots right after "Class Points" up at the top.

Thoughts?

Aren't they just 10 + skill/attribute? Feels like listing them separately just adds extra stuff where it's not really needed.

It's not really needed, no. More of just a quality-of-life thing. Realistically users can just put passive attributes in notes or something.

It's just adding 10 to a number that's already there on the page. I just don't get needing to write it down. Maybe it's also that we just never use those in our games.

There are a few ways that passive attributes are modified beyond the +10 default which would warrant writing it down, i.e. the observant feat and certain items.

But like I said, it's more of a quality of life thing to have slots and isn't really needed.
