Integrate View file's inheritance tree feature

This is perhaps a more useful subset of the "View dependency tree" feature

Two features here:

1. View subclasses (Who extends me)
2. View ancestors (Who do I extend)

Both features yield a JSON output.

Implementation is tracked here dependents/node-dependents-editor-backend#30.
