This page exists to help plan the SpdxTool functionality.
The following are the list of required features:
- Easy to script from CI (possibly some recipe yaml file)
- Can be used to add tool references (BUILD_TOOL_OF, TEST_TOOL_OF, etc.)
- Can be used to add additional references from existing SBOM files (CONTAINED_BY, STATIC_LINK, DYNAMIC_LINK, etc.)
- Can populate transitive SBOMs
