The csproj file formatting and quality settings should be more consistent.
Proposed Solution
Follow the csproj formatting and code quality configuration settings from https://github.com/demaconsulting/SarifMark/blob/main/src/DemaConsulting.SarifMark/DemaConsulting.SarifMark.csproj including enabling the TreatWarningsAsErrors = true
