This PR updates the x86_64 image build process to use the custom image with AlmaLinux 10 image instead of the OpenCHAMI image.
The previous OpenCHAMI stable image was based on AlmaLinux 8.8, which is incompatible with our target cluster OS (RHEL 10). To support RHEL 10 compute nodes, we built a new image based on AlmaLinux 10 using the same OpenCHAMI code with necessary modifications.
